I see adults with all psychiatric conditions except eating disorders and drug abuse. I have been working in psychiatry since 1981, and I have been in private practice since 1992.
I have a strong interest in psychotherapy and have trained in many different approaches for decades. Now I use whatever is best for each individual, whether it be education, mental practice, skills building, hypnosis, cognitive work or insight development.
I treat each person as a whole, combining psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, nutrition, biofeedback and coaching.
I speak English and Cantonese. I have conducted workshops and given talks on areas of my interest.
